A little bit about me...
Many years ago, when I found myself in a difficult place, I turned to counselling to help me find a way through.
I found the opportunity to talk freely and openly about my difficulties really valuable and, with the guidance of the counsellor, I arrived at a much more positive place. So profound was this experience, that I decided to become a counsellor myself - thus began many years of training!
I gained an Honours Degree in Counselling from the University of Gloucestershire and now have over a decade of experience working with a wide range of life's challenges.

I have particular experience in working with unpaid carers, i.e. those who provide care for a loved one (in whatever way) and really understand the emotional challenges that this can bring.

I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work to their Ethical Framework to ensure that your safety and wellbeing are my key priority. In addition, I hold an Enhanced DBS clearance.
